Partial description: 9 channels of ADC for data recording and 9 channels of DAC for data playback. Channels have the following rates for both ADC and DAC: (a) 4 channels 16 bits/sample x 250 kSamples/second each. (These 4 high rate channels must be simultaneously sampled.) (b) 4 channels 16 bits/sample x 50 kSamples/second each. (c) 1 channel 12 bits/sample x 1 Msample/second. Runs all 9 channels at the same time in record (ADCs) or in playback (DACs) mode. 16-bit ADC/DAC channels have better than 84 dB dynamic range. 12-bit channel has 68dB dynamic range.
