Each transformer has an estimated weight of 40 tons. These transformers will be for sale "as is", "where is". The transformers shall be removed no later than 30 days after the date of award. The transformers are located at the Investment Reutilization and Recovery Unit of the Panama Canal Commission, Building 42, Diablo, Panama, Republic of Panama.
