Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps has a requirement to support the Marine Corps Health and Education Division (MHE) for degree programs to be taught through USMC's Video-Teleconferencing equipment (known as the Marine Corps Satellite Education Network (MCSEN)). The prospective Academic Institution would be responsible for delivery of the follwing degree programs: Graduate program with a Master of Business Administration (MBA); Undergraduate program with a Business Management degree and Associated programs with degrees in the areas of General Studies/Liberal Arts & Criminal Justice.
