DUPUIS, 413-253-8240 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for the erection and related work to install a Butler Metal Building at the Erie National Wildlife Refuge in Guys Mills, PA. The work consists of the foundation, erection and related work thereof of a Butler Metal Building. The awardee must be an authorized builder of pre-engineered metal buildings and must submit the names and locations of five (5) projects of similar size and scope that the firm has constructed in the past five years. The awardee does not have to be an authorized Butler Builder to be awarded this contract, but must hire a Butler Technical Representative for site assistance during the first day of erection and for final inspection of the government furnished Butler Building. However, the roofing system shall be installed by a Butler Certified/ Authorized subcontractor of standing seam Butler Roofing Systems. The installation requires the use of a MR-24 "roof runner" seamer. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an unrestricted procurement and will be open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered for award.
