The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement to perform (a) concentration and depth profile analyses on selected samples using accelerator-based analysis techniques; (b) provide maintenance and minor construction services on thin film deposition equipment owned by the Government; (c) consultant services to provide expert advice on the design and operation of electronics test equipment, instrumentation, power supplies and magnet assemblies associated with charged particle accelerators and shall construct specialized equipment; conduct studies on radiation hardening of materials and/or single event upset susceptibilities of devices and provide reports on selected topics.
