There will be a non-refundable charge required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $100.00 for requested U. S. Coast Guard specification reference drawings. The proposed contract is listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small businesses.
