Routine Drydocking Vessels homepier in SW Harbor, ME. and availability
is scheduled to begin 07 July 1997 for 35 days. Vessel length is
64'10-1/2. Geo-Restricted: The place of performance for this vessel is
Geographically Restricted to the protected waters of the cutters
assigned area of operations. There will be a non-refundable charge
required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable
to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $100.00 for requested U. S.
Coast Guard specification reference drawings. The proposed contract is
listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness
Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small businesses.
Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 07 April 1996. All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the
United States Coast Guard. For Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged

Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization has programs to assist
minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire
short-term working capital and bonding assistance for

Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates up to
$500,000 per contract to provide accounts receiving financing. The DOT
Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid performance
and payment bonds up to $500,000 per contract. DOT Provides an 80
