The place of performance for this vessel is restricted to inland waterways with no open water transits. The boundary lines/points in the geographic restriction areas are: New York/Connecticut border and Troy Locks in the Hudson River in the north, U.S. Coast Guard District One and U.S. Coast Guard District Five boundary at Toms River, in the south.
