These services include; facility maintenance, operation of systems, shop services, grounds maintenance, shipping and receiving, warehousing and inventory control, mail distribution, vehicle maintenance, telecommunication services, and light construction services for the Edison Facility which encompasses 205 acres, several office and warehouse buildings and a laboratory complex of approximately 40,000 square feet. The period of performance will be from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 plus two (2) option years. The type of contract will be a Time and Materials type. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. SIC code is 8744 and the size standard is $20 million. The anticipated date for the prepropsal conference at the Edison Facility is April 16, 1997.
