A Solicitation will be issued on or about 2 June 97 for Full Food Service. Tasks will include, but not limited to menu planning, item pricing, requisitioning and receipt of food, storage and issue, subsistence inventory, food preparation and service, cashier services, health and safety training, equipment maintenance, housekeeping and ground maintenance. This acquisition will be limited to eligible transitional stage, 8(a) contractors only. Eligibility is based on whether the firm has the SIC Code 5812/$15m for the acquisition in its approved business plan, whether the firm is currently a small disadvantaged business under the SIC Code, whether the firm is in conformance with the 8(a) support limitation set forth in its business plan, and whether the firm is in conformance with its 8(a) business activity targets.
