Technical assistance under the proposed contract will provide: federal leadership; linkages between existing public-private partnerships; facilitation of the sharing of lessons learned from existing and emerging partnerships; guidance and improving existing partnerships; and impetus for establishing new partnerships. The anticipated period of performance is twelve (12) months with two (2) one (1) year options, if the options are exercised. Interested parties should request RFP 105-97-1604.
