SEMINAR/ACQUISITION REFORM ACT: PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE The seminar Acquisition Reform Act: Past, Present & Future, will be held on March 25th, 1997 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the Procurement Technical Assistance Program, Enterprise Center, 4031 University Drive, 2nd Floor-Training Room, Fairfax, Virginia. This is an awareness seminar that will discuss the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (FASA). Topics of discussion will include: FASA changes and new procedures, on overview of certain titles, Simplified Acquisition Threshold, small business and socioeconomic laws, commercial items, and FAC-NET.
