King, Code 210.52, (904) 779-3050 or facsimile (904) 779-3061 The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida requires and Indefinite-Delivery Contract for services to dispose of Contaminated Holding Tan (CHT) system hydroblast and flushing effluent from Naval ships and Military Sealift Command berthed at the Naval Station, Mayport, Florida. The contractor shall provide the management, labor, materials, and facilities necessary to the performance of the disposal for the CHT system hydroblast and flushing effluent. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all permits such as, Waste Hauling Permit issued by the City of Jacksonville; Health & Rehabilitative Services; a letter of agreement between the Contractor and Disposal facility/agency agreeing to accept the contaminated waste for disposal and provide the location of Contractor's disposal facility/agency. The period of performance is for a base year with two (2) options years. The standard industry code (SIC) is 4952, size standard is $5.0M.
