Mowing will include ALL improved areas as well as ALL unimproved areas to be mowed on a scheduled frequency. Improved areas will also require trimming around trees and all structures. Solicitation will issue on or about 07 April 1997 with bid opening on or about 06 May 1997. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year renewal options.
