S -- PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF REGULATED MEDICAL WASTE SOL DAKF48-97-B-0011 DUE 052297 POC Contract Specialist- Mr. Renner 817-287-3705, Contracting Officer-Mr. Jennings 817-287-5454 The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, permits and licenses required for the collection, pickup, transportation and disposal of regulated medical waste generated by Darnall Army Community Hospital at Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor shall transport regulated medical waste in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. The tentative issue date is 21 April 1997. The tentative bid opening is scheduled for 22 May 1997. The anticipated performance date of the contract is 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with four one year options. The type of contract is firm fixed price requirements type.
