Odom,404/33 1-5844 SOURCES SOUGHT/INFORMATION SOUGHT: To provide Auction/Disposal Services fo r the Public Sale of Government Owned Real Estate (G.O.R.E.) throughout the Cont inental United States to include the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Al aska and US Virgin Islands. Contractor's responsibilities will include but not limited to Preplanning Activities; Marketing and Advertising; Property Showings, Auction Services and Post Auction Close-out. The Government is looking for eff icient and effective ways to dispose of these properties. The areas specified a re broken down into 4 Zones, Zones 1, 4, 7 and 9. Zone 1 covers Connecticut, Il linois, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New J ersey, New York, Ohio, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and the US Virgin Islands. Zone 4 covers the States of Alabama, Delaware, District of Colu mbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsyl vania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia & West Virginia. Zone 7 covers Arkan sas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wyoming. Zone 9 covers Alas ka, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington. The G overnment contemplates not more than 3 contracts per zone. This will be a compe titive negotiated procurement. Interest is invited from both large and Small Bus inesses. Determination as to Small Business Set Aside will be made at a later d ate.
