U -- SELF-INSTRUCTIONAL MODULES/COURSES FOR LEADERSHIP SUPPORT CURRICULUM SOL TIRNO97R00040 DUE 050197 POC Contract Specialist, William Pinkston, 202-283-1514 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires the service of a contractor to provide off-the-shelf, stand alone self-instructional modules/courses covering the following topics: Communication Skills, Team Building, Decision Making, Coaching, Self Leadership (Time and Stress Management, Self-analysis, Managing your boss, Setting goals, and Leadership Styles). The intended audience will be those employees preparing for entry level management roles or beginning to serve as informal team leaders. Contractors may be required to provide copies of courses and supportive materials on CD-Rom, 3 1/2 disk or 1/2" VHS Video Tape for a two month evaluation process. The term of the contract shall be from the date of contract award through twelve months with four one year optional periods. The anticipated date of release for this requirement is April 2, 1997.
