is seeking proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified, or
facility to be constructed in the community of Washington Mills, NY
13479. All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however,
sites offered within the hamlet of Washington Mills, from the corner of
Oneida Street that intersects with Kellogg Road and Chapman Road and
bounded as follows will be given priority consideration: south 1/2 mile
on Oneida St; north 1/4 mile on Oneida St; west 1/2 mile on Kellogg Rd;
east 1/4 mile on Chapman Road. Space requirements are approximately
1,512 net interior square feet; 13,351 square feet of driveway, parking
and maneuvering area and 34,596 total developable site (less setbacks).
The desired lease term is for a base of twenty years with four
five-year renewal options. Proposals will be received through April 14,
1997, and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and
in accordance with the official advertisement for space. Solicitation
packages may be purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's check
or money order payable to "U. S. Postal Service" in the amount of
