Work consists of preparation, exterior painting and final cleanup of buildings, portions of buildings, towers, or other structures and for the removal, cleanup, and disposal of lead based paints from the interior and exterior of structures. This contract will consist of one basic year and one 365 day option period. The estimated contract value for the two years is not expected to exceed $2,200,000.00 with a minimum delivery order amount of $2,000.00 and a maximum amount of $300,000.00. The anticipated issuance date is 2 April 97. The anticipated closing date is 2 May 97. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1721. The small business size standard of a concern, including it's affiliates, is an average amount of sales or receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not in excess of $7,000,000.00.
