Krutz, Contracting Officer, (601) 686-5361 The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary for the Renovation of Executive Offices, Building No. 1 at the USDA, ARS, Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center, Stoneville, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to; demolition of an interior wall, replacing ceiling tile and lights; installing wood molding, wooden and glass doors; providing additional electrical outlets; provide a wall covering and remove and replace carpet as indicated on the drawings. The contractor will also be responsible for removing and replacing office furniture as needed. The work will be completed in 60 days. An IFB will be issued on or about April 9, 1997.
