The work involves the construction of New Paved Drainage Ditches along the streets, realignment of pipes, and the installation of new drainage structures including pipes, culvert, manholes, inlets, and catch basin. The work also includes concrete work, excavation, grading, seeding, and site work, relocation of existing culverts and the installation of new pipes and appurtenances at the Atterbury Job Corps Center in Edinburgh, Indiana. The construction completion date for this project is estimated to be 196 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range for construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about April 10, 1997, only from the Architect/Engineering firm of AmTech Engineering, Inc., 4343 Saquaro Trail, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268. Requests will be answered on a first-come, first-serve basis until the initial supply is exhausted. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, a non-refundable fee not to exceed the actual cost of reproduction of the IFB documents (to be determined by the Contracting Officer) plus a shipping charge baed on individual request (if applicable) will be required in order to obtain the IFB documents. Pre-Bid Walk-Thru is scheduled for April 24, 1997, at 10:00 A.M. local time at the Center. Bid Opening date is May 15, 1997, at 2:00 P.M. local time at the A/E's office.
