The work consists of replacement of the primary electrical supply to the three buildings making up the INS District Office. This will include new transformer, switchgear and underground feeders, and will require coordination with the local electrical utility. Replacement of the secondary distribution system, including new transformers and panelboards. Replacement of all room devices, including receptacles and lights. Replacement of fire alarm system. Enclosing the currently open lanai to crate office space, which will include walls, interior finishes, electrical service and lights, and HVAC installation. This work must be done in phases to allow Owner occupancy and usage of the buildings during the construction period, which requires moving of furniture and boxed items. SIC 1731.
