Ali 215-656-6104 Design/Build Project for the replacement of the existing generator at the Garmatz Building in Baltimore, MD and the installation of a generator in the Boggs Building in Wilmington, DE. The Design/Build contractor shall perform all professional services necessary to provide a complete project including, but not limited to the following: Determine the current emergency power load of each building and the replacement of the existing generator at the Garmatz Building in Baltimore, MD with a new energy efficient generator and the installation of an appropriately sized generator in the Boggs Building in Wilmington, DE. An option will be included for the replacement of an underground fuel tank at the Boggs Building with an appropriately sized underground, double-walled fuel tank. The Design/Build contractor is responsible for providing and including all necessary architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire safety, security, communications and computer systems as identified or required to be installed or relocated so as to deliver a fully functional product. All source selection criteria shall be made available in the solicitation package. The estimated cost of this proposed procurement is between $25,000 and $1,000,000.
