The contractor shall perform pier, pier fender and deep draft separator repairs at various locations at the Naval Submarine Base, New London, Groton, Ct. The applicable SIC Code and size standard is 1629 and $17.0 Million for this solicitation. The cost range is $250,000 -- $500,000. The solicitation contains one base year with two one year option periods to be exercised by the Government if found to be in its best interest. The options may be exercised without further notice. FAR CLAUSE 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract will be included in this solicitation.
