Test Stand used for diagnosis, adjustment and qualifications of alternators, generators, regulators, and starters, per DFP354. The requirements has been changed from a 350 ampere to 500 amperes. The load capacity has changed from 10 kilowatts to 14.35 kilowatts. The components required for first article testing have changed. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option for calendar years 1997, 1998, and 1999. Previously published on 081996. Failure to properly address requests for solicitation in accordance with this CBD notice will result in non-receipt of the solicitation package. Failure to properly address bids/offers in accordance with solicitation instructions may result in a late bid which cannot be considered.
