Smith/Rakbe/ [937]255-2856 Item 0001 NSN 58PC- -- - This is a notice of intent by the Air Force Aeronautical Systems Center Reconna issance Aircraft Systems Group (ASC/RA) Wright Patterson AFB OH, to contract on a sole source basis with Science Applications International Corporation, Satel- lite Beach Florida, for the development of the United States National Data Cen- ter for the processing of seismic, hydroacoustic, infrasonic, and radionulide data in order to meet the United States obligations of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. The Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) requires an initial processing capability by mid fiscal year 1999 with Full Operational Capability by fiscal year 2002. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and com- municate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concerns during the proposal development phase o! ! f this acquisition.
