This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this action is DE-RQ21-97MC34198 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 40. The following are the deliverables associated with this announcement; license, software and documentation for the ADVENT component for the ASPEN Plus simulation system. Within four weeks of the delivery an on-site training course will be required. In the event that the option for license extention is exercised, a modified license agreement will be delivered reflecting the additional licensure of the product, this will be a four year option. The above itemsmust be delivered no later than 10 days ARO, FOB Morgantown, WV. Instructions to Offerors-Commerical, FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition and any possible addenda to this provision. All offerors must complete and return a copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items, with it offeror. The clauses at 52.212-4 do apply in this matter, also 52.212-5 is applicable. Commerce Business Daily Numbered Note 22 is in effect.
