The Bureau of the Public Debt, Department of the Treasury (Government), intends to issue a commercial item solicitation for a network based search and retrieval software and maintenance package that shall: 1. replace the existing software utilized for the automated procedure manuals; 2. utilize current operating system technology (Windows); 3. allow efficient and effective access to the Resource Center and Procedure manuals. The software shall allow 300+ users to logon to the system and process searches simultaneously. The Contractor shall furnish the software, plus Contractor support services required for the installation and support of the software supplied under this contract. The software shall be C-2 compliant as established by the National Security Agency (NSA), or the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST). The expected systems life is (5) years.
