However, as evident by the draft SOW released to industry in Dec 96 via the DITCO Information Technology Acquisition Bulletin Board System (ITABBS), the solicitation also requires offerors to provide training, coordination for the deinstallation of existing CPUs with the Original Equipment Manufacturer, and hardware maintenance. The solicitation has NOT been released to date. The revised anticipated release date is 27 Mar 97 with proposals expected to be due 11 Apr 97. Vendors do NOT have to respond to this synopsis.
