On-Site Inspection Agency (OSIA) is primarily responsible for
implementing the provisions of various international arms control
treaties and agreements for the U.S. Government. In addition, OSIA also
acts as the executive agent for programs such as the Defense Treaty
Inspection Readiness Program (DTIRP), the United Nations Special
Commission (UNSCOM) on Iraq, and provides support to the Cooperative
Threat Reduction (CRT) Program. In support of OSIA's broad-based
mission, this requirement will provide for technical mission support
for the implementation requirements and procedures for each treaty or
agreement as well as broad range support requirements necessary for
arms control inspections and implementation. The diverse myriad of
international treaties and agreements under the auspices of OSIA also
require augmentation of operational, managerial, and support functions.
The estimated period of performance will include a base year of effort
with four options each for an additional year of performance for a
total period of performance not-to-exceed sixty (60) months. Request

accepted. The estimated date for release of the solicitation is 28
