FORUM AND EXPOSITION The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Office
of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization will sponsor its first
Small Business Procurement Forum and Exposition targeting American
Indians and Alaska Native Corporations. The purpose of this full day
event is to share information through various speakers on what USDA is
doing and to develop strategies and awareness of these firms to
enhance greater participation in USDA's contracting activities. The
firms will also have an opportunity to exhibit their products/services
to USDA contracting officials. This event will take place at the U.S.
Department of Agriculture on May 22, 1997 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 107-A
of the Jamie L. Whitten Federal Building. The exposition will open
immediately following the morning session on the Patio. If you are
interested in attending and exhibiting, please let us know. Information
