Proposals are being accepted by Randolph 12th Services, Randolph AFB, TX open house and air show to be held on Monday, September 1, 1997. Open house will be for (1) one day only. Concessionaire will be the sole provider of food and beverage services for the entire event from 1000 to 1700 Hrs to accommodate approximately 150,000 to 250,000 spectators. Concessionaire will state the proper requirements used for subsistence to prevent spoilage, contamination, etc. Only top quality food products will be accepted. Concessionaire will be responsible for providing all of the concession stands and canopies. All concession stands will be self-contained. A VIP refreshment tent also will be provided. Concessionaire must be able to assemble and setup all concession stands with canopies and a VIP refreshment tent in designated areas the evening before and be fully operational by the morning of the event. Volunteer labor can be offered by the military base to augment concessions. Concessionaire will submit a detailed proposed food and beverage menu with prices, and a list of souvenirs, sundries, etc with prices. Concessionaire will be fully responsible for ordering and controllong all inventories and cash handling. Promotional support, i. e., media, national/local corporate support from beer and soft drink companies, and food companies only are allowed within standard Air Force and Department of defense guidelines. Concessionaire should bid FLAT FEE PROPSALS.
