The building shall include carpet,flooring, single plywood decking, interior and exterior lighting, and a 5-tonheat pump system for heating and cooling. The contractor shall also includedelivery to site, leveling, blocking and hurricane tie down sufficient to meetall applicable building codes. The contractor shall also be responsible forremoving the building at the end of the lease period. This lease is for oneyear with the option to extend on an annual basis for two years. The standardindustrial classification code is 5271 and the average annual size is 9.5million. The proposed contract listed herein is 100 percent set aside forsmall business concerns.
