Z -- REPLACE WATER VALVES/LINES, MFH, ANDERSEN AFB GUAM SOL F64133-97-R0006 DUE 052197 POC SSgt Wendy Swails, Buyer, (671)366-6606 or fax (671)366-3242, Sherry Wall, Contracting Officer, (671)366-2354 Work includes, but is not limited to furnishing of all labor, material, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision and support, in performing all operations for the replacement of water valves and water lines, Military Family Housing, Andersen AFB, Guam as follows: (1) Excavation and trenching as required; (2) Demolition and disposal of debris from old water systems and installation of new water systems; (3) Installation of handholes and gate valves as required; (4) Provide backfill, topsoil, seed or sod, and other restoration of landscap disturbed by demolition or installation; (5) Provide accurate "redlined" and "as-built" drawings for future use. Project magnitude is estamated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period will consist of a 90 day mobilization period, followed by a 180 day construction period. The solicitation will be issued on or about 21 Apr 97, with a due date for receipt of offers no later than 21 May 97, 2:00 p.m. local time. A nonrefundable fee of $38.00, payable to the United States Department of the Treasury is required for each solicitation requested. The fee is intended to reimburse appropriated fund reproduction expenses associated with the issuance of the solicitation.
