Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to perform all work required for improvements to water treatment plant. Work includes but is not limited to the following: excavation reinforced concrete footers and foundation walls, structural steel framed enclosure with metal roof and siding, steel catwalk, roof mounted access hatch and related items. All work shall be accomplished within existing water impoundment (pond) and shall require diversion of existing spring overflow, dewatering and filtration of excavations and related efforts to include protection of workers and the environment. Construction of temporary cofferdams or similar features shall be required to accomplish the work. Final cleanup shall include removal and disposal of excess materials and restoration of disturbed areas. Bid opening date listed is approximate and is subject to change based on solicitation issue date. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted.
