SOL GS03P97AZD1011 DUE 052197 POC Contract Specialist, Brenda Haywood, 215-656-6107 Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in the Counties of Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the Counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer in the State of New Jersey. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Term Construction Contract for repair and alteration projects ranging from approximately $2,000.00 to $250,000.00. The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $250,000.00. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards, and estimates to make three (3) awards under the subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. The contractwill be for a one year base period with four (4) one year unilateral options on the part of the Government. The requirement is being solicited through full and open competition.
