The General Services Administration(GSA), Automotive Center will be issuing a new basic international and domestic solicitation for Schedule 25 Part II Section B -- Vehicular Bodies (FSC 2590) on or about March 28, 1997. This is a five year non-mandatory indefinite quantity indefinite delivery fixed price with economic price adjustment contract with F.O.B. destination terms and one 5 year option. The following Special Item Numbers (SINs) are: 125-101 Vehicular Insert Dump Bodies (for pickup trucks and trailers) 125-102 Service and Line Bodies( including Utility, Goose, Snow, Crane Bodies); 125-103 Boring Machines Truck Mounting Bodies; 271-104 Stake Bodies(for Light Duty, Medium and Heavy Truck); 125-105 Electric ARC Welding Equipment Truck Mounted; 125-106 Wrecker Bodies (Light, Medium and Heavy Trucks). To assist the customer agencies this solicitation contains an order limitation. When an agency order exceeds this order amount, it is recommended that the agency contact the vendor for a reduced price.
