This is a combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested and a separate written request for quotations will not be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-41. This is an unrestricted procurement. This Request for Quotation is a Small Business-Small Purchase Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-14. Item Requested: prefabricated three sided precast concrete building, 5000 psi, steel reinforced concrete (ASTM C260) 24' x 40' x 10' O.D. with one 3' x 6'8" x 1-3/4" 18 gauge metal door installed on the 24' side of building, to be installed on prepoured concrete slab. Roof must be slopped from 12" thick at peak to 4" at edge and include a 4" overhang on three sides which includes a turndown design that caps three walls and has a built in drip feature and integral architectural ribbed edge.
