This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quote number DAKF57-97-Q-0156 applies and is issued as a request for quotations. The quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. The quote is 100% set-aside for small business with a SIC Code of 3089 and a size standard of 500 employees. CLIN 0001 Provide 15,000 EA Reflective Safety Belt, NSN 8465-01-225-4661, to meet the following minimum technical requirements: 1. Belt shall be gridded retro- reflective vinyl with heavy duty backing for seal integrity and durability. 2. Belt shall be impermeable to water and have a smooth surface for easy cleaning. 3. Belt shall have permanently attached plastic slides and hook andloop fastener. 4. Belt shall be approximately 2 inches wide and be adjustable up to 55 inches. 5. Belt shall reflect same color at night as during day. 6. Color: lime-yellow. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, with delivery to be made not later than 60 days after award of a contract, to DOL Supply Division-CRP, Bldg 9630 MS-18D, Box 339500, Ft. Lewis, WA 98433-9500.
