This space and related services is for the Information Technology Conference that will be held in Austin, Texas on May 19 through May 22, 1977. Responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication of this notice, and must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid proposal. Certification of available conference space in Austin, Texas will be required prior to issuance of a solicitation. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and to all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent.
