http://proc_div.nswc.navy.mil/. The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface
Warfare Center, Dahlgren Virginia, is seeking qualified sources who
have the capability to re-engineer (form, fit and function) an existing

concepts. A technical data package in parametric PRO-E is available.
The redesign shall be in PRO-E to allow the use of modeling and
simulation capabilities of PRO-E to reduce the cost of testing and to
allow structural analysis of the old design. Interested sources should
submit documented capability statements showing 1) expertise and
experience in mechanical design, manufacturing techniques, structural
analysis, and material technologies; 2) production/manufacturing
capabilities; and 3) scientific and technical merits of alternate
manufacturing techniques and material technologies. Respondents must
indicate a willingness to provide additional information and informal
briefings to support capability statements. Respondents should indicate
