POC Project COTR, Mr. Fred Pessaro, 703-428-6721 The U.S. Army Topographic Engineering Center (TEC) is intending to enter into contract with ERDAS, Inc. under Other Than Full and Open Competitive Procedures for the acquisition of the entire ERDAS software product line which includes purchase of new software, maintenance of new and existing software, software updates, programming support, customer support and training. Because of the proprietary nature of the software and licensing agreements this procurement will be conducted on a sole source basis with ERDAS. The contract will be an IDIQ contract for a base year and four one year options with a NTE value of $1M.
