The scope of the technical, non-personal upport services includes system security acquisition, design, development, validation, and life cycle security support for automated information systems and networks. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) code is 7379. A Top Secret facility clearance is required; access to classified information at a level up to and including TOP SECRET and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) is required. The government anticipates awarding a fixed-price labor hour contract for a base period plus four one-year option periods commencing on or about 1 OCT 97. The draft solicitation is currently available for downloading from the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board System (EBBS) in file library 97R0004, (MS Word and Excel files). The final solicitation will be available for downloading O/A April 18, 1997 under file name 97R0004.exe.
