LAMOND, 303-361-1249 This scope of work presents the work to be performed for the Office of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (OCHAMPUS) for the matching of TRICARE/CHAMPUS hospital and other organizational providers to the Health Care Financing Administration's OSCAR file. This work shall be conducted at OCHAMPUS/TRICARE Support Office (TSO) by the contractor. The work to be performed is the unique identification of TRICARE/CHAMPUS providers by matching the record entries of files furnished by TRICARE/CHAMPUS contractors with the record entries of a file of all providers contained in OSCAR. Unmatched records shall be researched with OSCAR numbers added or providers recorded as not on file on OSCAR by telephoning the providers reported in the unmatched records. Repeat telephone calls are required until a response is obtained from the provider. Providers for which no telephone number is present on the record are researched by telephone contact with the provider enrollment staff of the TRICARE/OCHAMPUS contractor. The work is to be performed on Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) desktop computers with 17 inch screens that have split screen capability. The work shall be performed at the government's worksite in Aurora, Colorado, or within a three mile radius of this location.
