Pinnau, Contract Specialist, Tel: 312/886-3815 & Fax: 312/353-0143 This solicitation provides for armed and unarmed security guard and patrol services (SIC Code 7381) at GSA-controlled and GSA-supported facilities located throughout the State of Ohio. The Contractor shall provide all required labor and services, including all security guards, supervisors, managers, vehicles, materials, supplies, uniforms, equipment (weapons, etc.), licenses, planning, coordination, training and support necessary to lawfully provide required security guard and patrol services at Contract-required and delivery order-specified sites located throughout Ohio. The term of the Contract is one year, plus four (4) one-year renewal options, for a maximum of five (5) years. This competitive procurement is a national set-aside for the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. Competition is limited to eligible 8(a) concerns (to learn about SBA and the 8(a) program, contact your local SBA office).
