Conneen, (703) 767-1165 R- This requirement was originally synopsized as Solicitation SP4700-97-R-0016 published Thursday February 27, 1997 for Glass Ceiling Initiative, provide education and training service for the Defense Administrative Support Center. This acquisition will be a firm-fixed price contract for training annually and must be fully developed and ready for delivery 120 days after contract award. The training must be conducted by professors and/or instructors from a fully accredited college or university. The professors/instructors must possess expert teaching skills specializing in, but not limited to, organizational development, strategic planning, mediation/dispute resolution, contract negotiations, etc. Participants must be allowed to benefit on-site through the practical experience of role-playing, reviewing and discussing case studies. Training for 20-25 participants is required. The training must be at least four (4) weeks in length, residential, and provideed in a classroom setting at the site of the vendor. The contractor shall also provide training annually for DLA's senior managers. The course must be eight (8) hours in length and conducted on-site at the DLA Administrative Support Center, Fort Belvoir, VA. This contract will be for a base year and 5 option years.
