Contract involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies to install a complete and useable facility. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 11, 1997. The proposed work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to the following: Construction of a 1700 SF masonary building. The building includes an office, bathroom, mechanical/electrical room, and an open bay storage and distribution area. Construction consists of: walls, doors, windows, EPDM roof systems and interior finishes; also included: all structural, all utilities, lighting, heating ventilation, air condtioning, communications, security, fire detection/alarm and sprinkler systems. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no morem tahn $17.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
