The dredge shall be equipped to provide an optional "Rainbow Pumpout" capability and have all ancillary equipment necessary to perform the required operation. Due to anticipated shoaling rates in the Mississippi River SWP, only dredges with a tested dredge-and-haul production rate of at least 30,000 cubic yards per day, and a tested SWP agitation rate of at least 75,000 cubic yards per day are acceptable for use under this contract.
