Work will consist of replacing the existing power panels, secondary feeders including supports and hardware with new. Replacing the existing circuit wiring, switches, receptacles, and lighting fixtures. Providing support and metal sleeve around new electrical conduit and piping. Repairing air handling units including air testing and balancing services. Providing the facilities with a lightning protection system. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Performance time is 320 calendar days after notice to proceed. A nonrefundable fee of $66.00 payable to the United States Department of Treasury is required for each solicitation requested. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Airborne, Federal Express or DHL account numbers along with their request for solicitation documents in order to expedite delivery of solicitation documents.
