Jzyk, Contracting Officer @ 206/615-2025 Work to be performed will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair sun porch roofs, convert existing office space for use as isolation rooms, provide new 124kw liquid chiller with matching air-cooled condensing unit, pumps and accessories, provide energy management monitoring system, and provide new chilled water cooling, steam heating air handling units at the Sioux San Hospital Complex. The plans and specifications use International System of Units (SI) metric equivalent measurements. Project completion time is estimated to be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. -- The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 51% Indian-owned, controlled, and operated firms under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation Paragraph 380.503(e), not more than fifty (50) percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy Indian Act shall be subcontracted to other than Indian firms.
