Bldg 244 Replace the fire alarm control panel with a panel compatible with all equipment attached to the panel, add a Monaco radio transceiver with associated accessories, add new audio-visual devices where indicated on the drawing, add a new PIV, add supervisory switches where indicated. Bldg 245 Replace the fire alarm control panel with a panel compatible with all equipment attached to the panel, add a Monaco radio transceiver with associated accessories, add new audio-visual devices where indicated on the drawing, add a new PIV, add supervisory switches where indicated. Bldg 511 Replace the existing fire alarm control panel with a new fire alarm control panel. Locate the new fire alarm control panel in the west vestibule. replace the Dorado transmitter with a new Monaco radio transceiver. Locate the Monaco radio adjacent to the new fire alarm control panel located in the west vestibule. Remove the existing fire alarm wiring to existing initiating and alarm devices. Provide new wire and conduit as required for providing Style D (Class A, 4 Wire) fire alarm system. Extend the sprinklers that are the above the flame spray booth to inside the flame spray booth. Add new initiating and alarm devices to the fire alarm system. Include all required conduit, fittings. wiring, support equipment as required for a complete system such as -- duct detectors, manual pull stations, post indicator value supervisory switch, fire audio/visual alarms, emergency egress lighting. Bldg 1515 Replace existing signs with new LED type exit signs. In North fire alarm control room (room 137), replace fire alarm control panel with new 24 zone panel. New panel shall have a separate dry contact for each zone. Provide a 32 Monaco radio transceiver. Group zones to Monaco transceiver as per fire department. In south fire alarm control room (Room 152), provide a 32 zone Monaco radio transceiver for existing 50 zone fire alarm panel. Group the zones as per the fire department. Install all Monaco equipment as per mfg recommendations. Estimated Range: $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00 Performance Period 120 days The approximate issue/response date will be 10 Apr 97. The anticipated award date will be 08 May 97. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
